Obama beat the Republicans at their own game. Republicans thought that shutting down the government was going to make Obamacare go away. Republicans had 8 years to pass a healthcare bill when Bush was President. They didn't. Now that they see Obamacare will provide universal healthcare to all of us, they want to make Obama look bad by saying that it will cause jobs and ruin us. Well their little government shutdown is the thing that put people out of work and cost billions of dollars. Obamacare hasn't even been implemented yet. Republicans need to quit blaming Obama for everything. Thanks to Obamacare people who have preexisting conditions will not be denied healthcare. Remember when republicans thought it was a bad idea for Franklin D Roosevelt to pass the new deal. Now we wonder how we would ever live without the Social Security money people get when it's time to retire.
