New firefox and noscript

New firefox and noscript?

Hi, I downloaded the new firefox and it is going realy slow and I dont no how to use the noscript add on with the new version. So my questions are
1) why is firefox going so slow?
2) how do I use no script with it? (where is the little icon that you click on to allow pages or not)
