Did GM buy Daewoo automobile company?Yes.
And in addition to what Satanic Mechanic stated, the old Chevy Aveo and the new Chevy Spark are literally rebadged Daewoo's with a Chevy nameplate.
They are both made in the same assembly plant as the old Daewoo's.
