Cave exploring Career?Does anyone know what a person is called that gets payed to explore caves or research them? Or be a guide for people that want to explore them?

No such profession exists. The closest you could come is Geologist. You might have to go into a cave sometime as part of your job, but it would probably be very rare, if at all. .
