i just recently moved to las vegas and looking for work. Any advice or ideas how to get a casino jobs such as poker dealer or bj dealer? What are the requirements and how does the back ground check are like? Please help and thank you for your time.

I believe the schools have placement programs, but expect to start out on swing or graveyard shift at a small casino. And don't expect to make much. Everywhere pays minimum wage plus tips, and you don't get many tips at the $3 blackjack tables at 4am at Joker's Wild (or where ever).
If you can't pass a background check, drug test, and credit check, don't even bother. Nobody will hire you if you don't have good credit, and obviously a felony on your record is an automatic "no thank you."
After that, you just need to pass an interview and audition. And if you've played much blackjack, you'll know that fluent English isn't even that big a deal, so really it's all about that audition.
Good luck.
The casino where I worked at provided training themselves and there was a required police background check. If you call up the casino employment phone number you will get this kind of information faster.
good luck
