Css question about borders?I have a picture and it overlaps with a border. I want it so that the picture stays on top of the border, which it does in some browsers. On internet explorer it stretches out the border so that the image fits inside. How do I fix it so that the image does not stretch the border, but instead overlaps it.
I tried to use z-index but that doesn't work.
