Computer freezes at start up (urgent)?

So I just started my computer and now it has a blankimg underscore in the top left cornor

Have you installed any pi ece of hardware lately in your system? Something like a mouse, keyboard, external UB drive, etc. If so, uninstall it.

Have you installed a new software or program application?

Have you tried to reboot the system yet? Reboot and see what happens..Keep posting this forum for further help...

Remove the cd/dvd from the cd drive, unplug all USB drives.
Restart the computer.
If it still won't boot, Restart watch the screen for the key to enter BIOS Setup. Verify that your hard and CD drives are recognized. Verify that your drive containing your OS is your first boot device. Save settings and restart.
