Was This Astral Projection?So last night when i was sleeping i dreamt that i got shot, and then i saw my spirit leave my body. I kinda floated upwards and i was so scared because it felt like i had really died. I went to places i hadn't been before and met other spirits i hadn't seen before. I went up to the sky and watched aeroplanes fly by me. I was so scared and I really thought I was dead. Then, i went back to my body and suddenly i was in my body again, for some reason i was smiling at myself in the mirror. Was this astral projection?
