Why do i keep getting popups?

although i have popups blocked just lately they are coming up still. what is wrong

Not all blockers "block"! Google does, very effective.

not all software works.i have try firefox and work pretty good for a year and 2 months.

Pop ups are a sign that your PC is infected with spyware/adware.

You may have downloaded an adware program. They operate independently of the browser just waiting for a time to pop up an ad. You will need one of the adware removal programs to find and remove it.
