Flash Slideshow loop with buttons

Flash Slideshow loop with buttons?

I would like to make a flash slideshow with buttons and loop, here's one of the example :

check the slideshow banners that have, it comes with buttons (1,2,3,4), and it's looping and also can link to a page (hyperlink)... Does anyone knows how to make this ? Please provide me with a simple tuttorials... I know a little bit about flash, but i willing to learn...
