Browsing Speed vs Downloading Speed?Hello, I have a 2megabit/sec connection and when i am downloading a file then I am getting speeds like 171-240 KiloBytes/sec. But when I am browsing the websites then it seems the speed isn't even 128 kilobytes/sec. Has ISP restricted the browsing speed in someway ? How can i increase the browsing speed same as downloading speed ? Thanks.
