What pcsx2 Settings do i need for Twisted Metal?

It seems the worlds can't give a straight answer -__- seriously! i have tried everywhere! Noone ccan give a simple straight answer on what settings and configuration to use for Twisted Metal Black and/ or Twisted Metal Head On! Everyone can get the game to run at 60FPS!! i get it to 20FPS if im lucky! I don't know the settings! please take screen shots and send them to rmccoy52236@aol.com to help me out! I have a 32bit computer! Windows 7! Plenty of space on it! Or if you can respond the settings through "words" then please go right ahead! I just want some help! :(
