Was I stoned? Was this normal?

I've smoked twice before and never really felt a high. But Friday night I did. idk how many grams I smoked. I took two hits of a bong, 3 hits of a bowl with some kief. And two hits of a joint.My high didn't hit me until like 30-45 mins after I smoked, And it hit me super hard like I was looking at my friends phone and it started to get blurry and then I kept saying sorry and I was rubbing my eyes and I heard everyone talking and it took me a second to process what they were saying but like I could hear them. & it kept feeling like I was in a dream but I was awake and then I was really into the music and kept shaking my arm and then I got up off the couch and I was laughing my *** off about everything. I kept closing my eyes and coughing and thougt I was choking on a tootsie roll but it was just sitting in my mouth.And while it was happening I got rlly confused and I didn't like that it was happening and I thougt it'd stop but it didn't. Was this normal??
