Splinter Cell Blacklist Error on PC

Splinter Cell Blacklist Error on PC?

I have this error that when I start the game from folder from that DX11.exe it just opens up the game for a few seconds then closes it.And when I opened up the other executable it opens the game for a few seconds with a black screen then a white screen then it says the game has crashed.I downloaded the update patch and it still does the same thing.I was thinking that the problem was because the assassin's creed 2 game I downloaded and because both games use uplay but I don't want to delete assassin's creed 2 for no reason.PLEEEEAAAAASSSSEEE SOMEBODY HEEEEEELLLLPPPP!!!!
P.S. Everything on my computer is updated so I know that isn't the problem.
