I've seen a therapist who was referred to me by my gp a few times. The past couple sessions I've been feeling better including my session this past week. I don't feel well now. I feel like it's going to start to impact my getting to work. I'm really exhausted. Should I make another appointment with the therapist or gp? My next appointment isn't for another 4 weeks.
