Rational Expressions Help! Any help is appreciated?

My first problem is : 18x^4+30x^3+50x^2/4-x^2 ? 270x^4-1250x/ 3x^2-11x+10

i did 18x^4+30x^3+50x^2/4-x^2 ? 3x^2-11x+10/270x^4-1250x

but then i have no clue what to do... :S!

My second problem is 1/1-2x+/1-x

Which i have no idea what to do... My teacher never taught me this :S!

Any help would be much appreciated! ( Also I need to show my work)
