Is there any grammar errors or missing commas etc in my sentences?

In recent discussion of what should be done to combat the “obesity epidemic”, a controversial issue was whether to change the cultural attitude and it’s big portions of food (the whole bigger is better idea) or to educate and provide more food labels.
