I think my cat has an abcess?

My cat had a hole on her head and last night I realized her whole head was swollen the lump was very soft and not hard at all when I touched it puss came out of the hole we drained the hole and put peroxide on it and some antibiotic ointment I have no money to take her to the vet please what do I do
