How old do you need to be to teach an adult to drive?

in the state of ohio. i know you need to be 21 to accommodate a teen driver with their temps. what if its an 18 year old with temps, would i need to be 21 to teach and 18 year old to drive? or can i be a licenses driver under 21 and teach an 18 year old?
