Help! Impact Sockets.?

Alright, I'm a girl, so don't judge me. I am buying my boyfriend some tools for Christmas, can anyone tell me if these are impact sockets or regular sockets? I'm looking to get him the impact sockets for his power tool (impact wrench?) and want to make sure these are it.

any good socket sets will work make sure you buy a 1/2 drive not the 3/8 drive socket most impacts come in 1/2 drive - and find a set that has a life time replcement warranty--- metric or standard sizes??? good luck

Actually, any quality socket can be used with an impact wrench.
