Healing time for incision?

I yesterday had an abscess removed with incision and drainage. Right now i am stuffed with gauze and bandaged up. The cut is apparently 2.5 cm deep and 3 cm long. It is right on my tailbone

What is the approximate healing time? Or at least. When can i stop getting gauze ripped out of me. Because i had my first gauze replacement session today and i may have cried a little. I would rather have lived with the abscess than endured that agony for another minute.
