I have 37800 points,and the $5 off any in stock pre-owned game is 4000 points. If I get 9 of these,adding up to $45 off,can I use them all on 1 purchase? Also,what exactly does in stock pre-owned mean?

I don't think they would allow you to use them all at once. And "in stock pre-owned" means that the coupon is good for and pre-owned (game used by another person then sold to them) that is on the shelves of gamestop.
