Future of Dodge in Nascar?

So now only 2 teams run Dodges, with Penske and Robby Gordon Racibg. Next year Penske switching to Ford and im not sure about Robby Gordon (as if his team has a chance of winning anyways). Dodge just revealed their 2013 Charger, but whose going to race it? Why has everyone given up on
Dodge?

Someone will take a chance on them but it might be a minor team with little chance of winning. They could probably get some cheap equipment from Penske.
