Find and simplify ( 2 problems) need help please?

f(x) = x^2+6x+9

g(x)= (squareroof of x) -3

find and simplify

a) f(g(f(g(f(g(f(x)))))))

b) g(f(g(f(g(f(x))))))



can you please show me how you did it.. u could do it in a piece of paper and upload it, :)
