Europe Tour in February ?My fiance and I will get married in February and plan to go to Europe (London, Italy, Spain) for our Honeymoon. Since February is a winter month, is it still advisable for tourists to go there? Is it too cold that people might not be able to go out? Is everything covered in snow? Are museums, restaurants stores open in February?

Here in Italy it can be cold but it's also Carnevale season - a lot of tourists visit. Cold weather just makes the vin brule better. Where I live just south of Verona, there's rarely any snow at all. It can be foggy though. The museums, restaurants and stores will all be open. The exception may be places like the Amalfi Coast and Cinque Terre where some (but not all) hotels and restaurants may close in the winter.
