Cooling fans in pc fan speed?Hello, I am interested in buying a fan speed controller to control the fan speed on my gaming rig,
i'm looking at getting the fan speed controller seen here: http://www.pcsuperstore.com.au/product-d...
My only concern is whether the fans in my pc case are already running at max RPM or if i install this device will it even change the fan speed? most of my fans operate at around 1500 too 2000 RPM, but i'm not sure if they will be compatible with this device?
Thank you in advance (:
