Just keep dividing, it isn't that hard. 1 year = 365 days = 8760 hours = 525600 minutes = 31536000 seconds = 31536000000 milliseconds
1000 milliseconds in a second 60 seconds in a minute
60 minutes in an hour
24 hours in a day
365 days in a year
365 * 24 * 60 * 60 * 1000 = 31,536,000,000
365 Day Year 365 Days times 24 hours times 60 minutes times 60 seconds time 1000 milliseconds=31536000000
