Advise on astral projection!!?Iv been trying to do this since for ever and i always fail.Iv relaxed and passed all the pre astral projection symtoms and i thought id try the rope method.But when i try to pull my self up..my whole body starts moving and doing weird things and my eyes tend to open all the time.Any advise on how can i succed?
