Over the counter products do not have a high percentage of peroxide and are not always able to cover very resistant grey hair. I would suggest you see a professional hair colorist who can formulate a color that will give you the grey coverage you desire. go to a beauty supply store like a sallys and add 20 volume to your color instead of 10
