Do any one knows visitors code?

i am having one website www.subhavaastu.com for this i need one code for "currently there are X X X X visitors online" does any one know this code, also i need random for this code for example if 1 came to visit my site code should show (default 14 to 50 visitors) 15, understand ...now another one come to visit the site code should show 23 or 28 random change,like this code has to show the number to the visitors, if 65 persons at a time visit the site then the code shows the correct figure, code cannot show below 14 visitors, it always shows above 14 and below 50 visitors, if any one understnd my question will any body help me, i most thankful to whom has given me this kind. thank you very much for patience reading
P.S:- i am already having visitors hit counter code please note this..
