Your question is a little hard to understand. However Leg Spinners are hard to play for few reasons. First it is easier to play a ball coming in from right to let than left to right. Hence Leg Spin is harder to judge and play. There are virtually handful of Leg Spinners let alone any good Leg Spinners. Leg Spinners have a lot more variety and variations, not to mention Leg Spinners generate bigger spin than Off spinners. Also keep in mind it is easier for a Leg Spinner to Bowl Off Spin than for an Off Spinner to Bowl Leg Spin.
