What's it called? Flash banner, rollover enlarging buttons, stop when rolled over?

I want to create a Flash Banner for the website I'm designing, but I can't remember what they are called to type into Google and get a tutorial for..

The banner has moving images which, once rolled over stop and enlarge with a URL link attached once they are clicked, I also want to add some sound to them, so if anyone knows what they are called or has anywhere I can get a TUT for them I would much appreciate it
