Question about margin?i made a rule that i would not spend more on a stock then the amount i have, but i still use margin instead of cash just cause it seems more convenient. anyway say i have 10k in my account and that much is used for a stock using margin, how much can i buy in cash with that stock using cash without any violations? would this then bring interest? i do not have to pay interest if i have not gone over that 10k mark that is in my account. sorry for my dis knowledge im still learning.
