Make sure your arms aren't hindering you. They should be in correct position- not pre-rotating or coming through before jumping- or else you'll lose height. Are you rolling up and off your toepick? Your toepick should be the last thing to leave the ice, on all jumps, even edge jumps.

Practice the split jump at home, by running then doing a split in the air, or doing a split jump like you would on ice (3turn, toepick, jump.) Practice all the other jumps at home too.

It's a good idea to practice vertical jumps and do leg strengthening, too.

Keep your arms as tight as possible when you are in the jump start with bent knees and push up as hard as you can your knees and pushing up are key for a perfect jump. hope this helps.

Make sure to keep your arms in and bend your knees. (don't eat me ha ^^^^)

bend your knees
