To be honest, the braces hurt much worse. But the good thing is that they dont hurt for long. After getting them put on or fixed, they only hurt for about a week at most. Most of the time its only 4 days or so. Itll seem extremely painful at first, but youll get used to it. Dont worry though, the pain is most definitely bearable (:

Spacers don't really hurt if you don't have a tight space between your molars but if you do it would really hurt. Braces on the other hand if your just wondering you would fell soreness in your teeth like at the time you get your braces on and when you tighten them like around 1 week.

you have to have spacers in your back teeth before you get braces (it's about a week of having them in). After the spacers they take them out and then put on the braces.
