Windows 7 force shutdown?my desktop seems to work fine but this issue annoys me .i close all programs and shut down and i get force shutdown black screen .it says, waiting for background program to close and gives option to cancel but ussualy is happens fast and cant click cancel .this happens more at night a bit less in day . i ussually leave my pc on all day .dell hardware tech. use winsip to fix registry , set regedit from 12000 to 10000 , updated bios ,how can i find this running program ? is it norton 360 ? is this normal for widows 7 ?any ideas . thanks

Only you know what processes have been initiated by yourself or startup. Check Task Manager, and taskbar for possible clues. When I get this it's usually something to do with WiFi, or a download manager.
