Well the strongest kick recorded is a Muay Thai practitioner that is as powerful as a 35mph car. well once i kicked a really thick wood poll and it snapped, i am in taekwondo and i can kick really hard enough to set my friend flying but i would not do it.
It can literally feel like a baseball bat is hitting you.
a kick can be very powerful. kinda what the guy making a reference to a baseball bat, but at least twice as hard.
