Iframe error needs to be fixed?

Ever since I upgraded my Vcard and cleaned my sys, I'm running into an Iframe error, trying to play games online. It is in both GC & IE, with IE being the worst. IF I get connected, I cannot stay connected for long. (I THINK it's part of the same problem)
Typically the pages will have a fixed column to one side or both with the app loading to the other side or in between. Recently the side column(s) cause the side or bottom of the page to be cut off, the page fails to completely load or times out. I have used FF &GC browsers to play the games

I have un-installed and changed; IE, Adobe & flash, Vdrivers, net drivers. I have reset security settings, changed display settings.

My PC competence is 5/10 (I CAN create a running PC from parts) (It would be higher but I suffer from brain farts)

I have tried everything I could think of & some I couldn't.
