Why am i banned from RuneScape permanently after a 2 day ban in 5 seconds?

Okay, i admit it. i botted on runescape on friday (18/10/13) it lasted 5 mins and then disconnected and i was landed with a 2 DAY BAN. in the past (years ago) i used to bot, but not since then.
in my message centre was the automated fagex message saying ive broken a rule, woopy doo, aswell as a offence saying "bot buster moderate (ban)" which was un appealable. Then when my 2 days are up, i log in legitimatly on the official rs website and no exageration im force logged out to the login screen.. i logged in again and it said my account has been disabled. i checked my message centre and ANOTHER of the same message as before regarding rule breaking etc.. so i look at the offence section, and it says ive now been permanently banned, and there is 3 offecnes dated today saying i botted 3 times at once, all of which say "macroing major (ban) yet there is no veiwable evidence... how the F*** can i bot for 5 seconds on the official rs site 3 times at once?? so i appealed to all of them basically asking wtf you playing at you plonkers. and there has been no reply and its been 11 hours now. WTF HAPPENED IN THEM 5 SECONDS??! and why did i have a 2 day ban (which was deserved, i would never bot again) and when it was lifted was i banned for 3 offences, and why is it perm??? i didnt do anything else... F****** Jagex. Never getting another penny out of me again no matter what. 7 years i spent on that account, spending well over ?100 in total. Yet i get 1 recorded offence and they shut me down.
