Real estate and realtor client privacy?my best friend is the deed holder john and janes name is the only name on the deed rod is named as the leinholder on the deed.. they are selling this house in the state of texas to downsize..john is working off the mortgage / working for rod. the realtor is good friends with john ,jane and rod. the realtor in the beginning was working with the sellers john and jane then ran back to rod and now rod has tole the sellers they are not gonna get any money at closing because rod is the leinholder and said they are not due any money at all. my question is is rodney allowed to keep the money over and above the 103 thousand/ and is the realtor allowed by law to divulge all the information about every thing john and jane are doing // please serious answers only this is very important thx gerald
