Well it started a year ago when I started noticing bumps show up on my shoulder. They look like little warts but I went to the dermatologist and they said it is just apart of being a teenager. So I ignored it and as time went on these bumps started showing up everywhere! They are white and they come in patterns. It's almost like exzema but whenever I get a cut or something the scar turns into this stuff and it is really disgusting looking. These bumps are everywhere on my body except for my face and feet. Any help anyone please? What could it be?
